SOUL MAINTENANCE

Except maintenance our body every day with spent time for sport activity, stay health food, rest also maintenance our soul is important. If we have maintenance our body we also care with our soul and need some ‘nutrition’ to secure our soul from negative spread.

Many ways how to keep soul to stay health. Even though you have many activities on daily life you need a few minutes to taking silent. Silent does not mean you are do nothing, but you try to be cool and do the best how to work/ do something with the best way. I was try before doing the few duties on the day I keep silent a few minutes to think how to do these duties with the best (faster, best result, efficient etc) way. I was shock when I got of the resulted when I took a few minutes to catch best way. The result totally different, when I took a few minutes before began to do I got better result than I did not take a few minutes to think how to do the best.

People said silent is gold some time in the situation is wrong but in other way is true depend of the situation.
